Today, August 30, the Mount Kisco Democratic Committee kicked off the 2026 campaign to elect Mike McGuirk and re-elect Tom Luzio as Village Trustees at the Mount Kisco Farmers and Makers Market.
“It was great to meet so many local folks, hear their ideas, and realize we share a common vision for Mount Kisco. We’re going to immediately rebuild the Preston Way Bridge. We’re going to continue improving safety on all of our roads, sidewalks, and crossings. We’re going to support our local businesses and budgets while preserving our neighborhoods,” said McGuirk.
“I’m proud to be part of a Board that finally took the many steps necessary to pay for and replace the Preston Bridge. I’m equally proud of obtaining over $8 million in infrastructure grants to address our traffic concerns. I’m excited to hopefully have the opportunity to work with Mike, a person who has devoted the last six years of his life to carefully studying and applying the proper state and local law on each project before him on the Planning Board,” said Luzio.
Thank you to Chris Burdick, Erika Pierce, the Democratic Committee, and all of the residents and vendors who joined us and helped make the campaign kickoff such a great day.
